Leading digital projects and UX consulting from Istanbul, and teaching design and UX since 2025.
Dr. Wasef Qadah — UX researcher and product designer with a PhD in Graphic Design, lecturing at Al-Ummah University College. I bring academic research and real-world practice together.
A designer who thinks like a researcher and builds like a product owner. I started at the design and motion-graphics desk in Nablus, and one question took me to a master’s and a PhD in Türkiye: why does one digital product succeed while another fails? Today I lead digital projects, teach, and write Arabic references that connect theory with practice.
Everything I do comes back to one question: how do we make the experience clearer for the person using it?
User research, information architecture, prototyping, design systems and usability testing.

Articles built on my research in UX and design: what I asked, how I studied it, and what I found.
A study of 227 active users of Palestinian FinTech apps finds that content quality and attractiveness carry the largest shares of interface judgements while usefulness carries the least, and that on-screen information is a route to judgement as weighty as function and looks.
Read article →Using a survey of users of three Palestinian fintech apps, this PhD thesis examines how user experience shapes the way people judge an app's interface, finding the two strongly linked and attractiveness, clarity, trust and security, and content quality to be the experience factors that matter most.
Read article →A review paper that traces flat design from the Swiss style to Windows 8, iOS 7 and Flat 2.0, and reads its effect on interface design through three popular Turkish websites.
